From now on, baby's growth is mostly in the plumping up department -- though he won't get much longer, he'll put on a pound or more of baby fat before birth. (He's about 15 percent right now and will be about 30 percent by full-term.) His hearing is totally developed (tip: baby responds best to higher pitches), and if he really is a "he," his testes have probably completed their descent.
I'm late to post...again. At least I put in pictures this time :) First off, I am HUGE. I don't care what you see in the pictures...my belly is big and has a mind of its own. You can definitely see alien child moving around more often. These past few weeks have definitely been hard. I am glad I am not allowed to travel anymore because it was really rough. Now I am moving into the random few hours in the middle of the night when I can't sleep and back getting worse and worse. I feel like he has dropped a little bit though so that may be affecting my sleep/back.(OK done whining...I have had an easy pregnancy so far just had to get my gripes out)

In other news, this weekend we had our childbirth prep series! It was great to learn some new things and mentally prepare ourselves for the impending labor. eek! The best part was the hospital tour. I can now picture where to go to check in, where labor happens, where recover happens, etc. Such a relief! Not saying I am ready...but getting there.

I have my shower this weekend and can't wait to see all of my friends! I haven't seen everyone for most of the pregnancy other than my work friends and a few in town ladies, but I have been pretty anti-social. Plus I get to show everyone my house and nursery!
2 weeks of work, 4 weeks till due date, woo hoo!
Here are last weeks photos.
