27-28 Weeks

I give up on picture formatting.  It looks like I change into the same outfit every day when I get home....yep, pretty true.  The instant I am in the door from work comfy pants and a tank top are on.  I am doing great and think baby went through a bit of a growth spurt around 26-28 weeks.  My belly got huge and I was so incredibly exhausted I didn't think I could make it through each day.  I have perked up a bit since then and am feeling pretty good.  Noah has been great lately.  Very very clingy to me, but still a sweetie and learning lots of new words.

I submitted my last day before leave to work last week and will be going out 3 weeks early, putting my last day on July 10th.  I CANT WAIT.  I haven't done anything for baby other than go clothes shopping (the fun stuff...) but those three weeks will be just what I need to to get ready, pending no early arrival!  I am planning to send Noah to daycare at least part of the time while I am off pre-baby so that time will be just the break I need.

I have an appointment  a week from Wednesday to see how that "growth spurt" has added to my weight gain...oy.  I have an alter-ego...pregnant Annie, aka fatty, who has been coming out lately.  I have been so tired and SO starving.  Fatty does things like order an extra bread roll alongside her already decent sized lunch, plus a cookie.  Oof...this insatiable appetite is NOT good.  Sweets are also killing me.  Luckily I have been able to keep my nighttime sweet tooth at bay with popsicles.  At least they are low calorie :-)
