8 Months

Yes, I realize I forgot to post 7 months. It is there now :)

Well, he is getting big. Way big (size and developmentally). Here is a rundown of Noah this month:

-IT MOVES! He is not crawling...but he drags himself everywhere with his arms and one leg. It is a great alternative to me sweeping hehe. This sounds less impressive than it is...he is pretty darn fast!
-I got him a new sippy cup today with a straw and he figured it out in about 30 seconds. He likes it much better than the other ones.
-He loves loves loves his Puffs. (little finger foods for babies that kinda dissolve in their mouth)
-He is using his thumb and finger pincer grasp - especially with his puffs!
-He is starting to point at things
-He really wants to pull himself up on things that he scoots up to (like little ledges, or my leg) but hasn't quite figured out how to get over those hurdles!
-His hair is getting darker with more red in it...although it still changes daily. Not sure how it will turn out!
-He talks nonstop (babababababdaadadadadadabababa and squeals mostly)

And check out this photo. He doesn't need me anymore!! I still hold him for his bottle...he's not THAT good at it yet :)
When Jordan travels Noah and I get a little stir crazy
....and then of course there is the shopping (I did good this time, only one shirt and one sweatshirt for Noah). But isn't it cute?? Clearance at Baby Gap, score!
Katie came and saw us and brought him this adorable outfit. Goes so well with his complexion and hair!
And when we got our tree there was a (dorky) santa, so we took a picture. Plus we get out of going to the mall and standing in line. We will do the real deal next year :) Noah was...ambivalent.
