2.5 years old - Noah

Noah is growing up so much lately.  He is talking up a storm and learning new words every day.  He LOVES his baby sister and kisses her goodnight and helps burp her.  He is very very patient with her and is so sweet and gentle. He loves trucks, trains, buses, cars, planes, boats, everything that "goes".  He also loves throwing balls and building things and knocking them over.  Sounds like a 2 year old boy.  He also loves books, especially ABC or nighttime books.

He is a routine kid.  Mornings we wake up and have a packet, yogurt, waffle, and sesame street.  Bedtime routine must be done or it does NOT go well.  Bath (or shower), jammies, Goodnight Hawaiian Moon, Goodnight Gorilla, and Goodnight Moon, and the kiss routine (kiss, noses, hug, snuggle, kiss).  Whatever works, right?  He still naps 3-4 hours every day and you can tell when he hasn't gotten enough sleep.  He definitely acts like a red-headed 2 year old.  Oy.

Overall he is a very sweet boy and so goofy and happy and lovable.  He is very affectionate and ready to learn.  He knows all of his ABCs (has for a year now) and continues to be obsessed with the alphabet.  He now knows all the letter sounds and knows 1-10 in English and Spanish.  He is working on 11-20 but skips a few.  He knows some words but I think he has just memorized them.  Regardless, he loves to spell them out and see letters and words. He can be shy in new situations and cling to me, but opens up after a while.  That is Noah in a nutshell!
