Smoothies, Yum!



I have seen others posting their "super" smoothies lately and thought I would share too. Ever weekend we make smoothies for breakfast with whatever we have in the house. It varies a little each time...but this one included:

-Juice from 2 grapefruit
-Fresh strawberries
-Frozen blueberries
-Milk
-Fresh pineapple chunks
-Frozen mango
-A hunk of peanut butter
-As much spinach as I could pack in

They always include some fruit juice or water and milk, frozen fruit (fresh if we have it), peanut butter, and dense green usually from our CSA. Noah LOVES them and will drink a whole sippy full which is a giant success with our non-eater. I love that he gets so much "good" stuff in it...oh yah and I guess its nice and healthy for me too :-)
