Baby's now the size of an onion!
Baby's skeleton is hardening, changing from rubbery cartilage to bone, and fat is finally accumulating around it. His umbilical cord is getting thicker and stronger, and those little fingers and toes now feature one-of-a-kind prints.
Well I didn't do very well with my belly shots this week, but I have some random photos from Charleston that MAY show some bump...I'll try to add them later! We had a great weekend in North and South Carolina (with some time in the Atlanta airport as well..) for Ashley and Don's wedding. The wedding was amazing and she looked stunning! The reception was held at the Lake Lure Inn, go google it and think Dirty Dancing :-) The fall colors were in full effect!
On that note, red-eyes when pregnant are not the best idea. I booked the flight before we knew. Luckily we had the next day to recover and had a nice 12-hour sleep on Friday night. Overall it was a great trip and fun to be somewhere new for a few days. Pictures will follow, here's a teaser!
